4. What are the key details I need to know about the workshop ?

Please note the following:

• Our primary property, nestled in the heart of this iconic location, offers a serene and exclusive retreat—but with limited rooms available. While we will cap the overall capacity of the workshop, once the main property is fully booked, additional guests will be accommodated in a nearby property that ensures both comfort and proximity. To secure your spot at the primary property, we recommend registering early. Rest assured, transportation to and from the nearby property will be arranged by us during the course of the workshop.
• Double and triple-occupancy rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you know any of the other participants and wish to share a room, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your request accordingly.
• The nature walk is optional and will take place on uneven forest terrain. Participants are advised to wear proper hiking boots for their own safety and ensure they are in good health to undertake the walk.

• Our team has traveled here many times—both in groups and solo—and we have always experienced friendly and helpful locals.
• If you’d like extra assurance, we can connect you with trusted cab drivers that our team personally uses so we can track your journey.
• You can also coordinate with other participants if you prefer to travel together.
• Most importantly, our entire team will be with you throughout the workshop, including members from the local town, ensuring your comfort and safety at all times.

1. Initial Deposit: Secure your spot with just 10% of the total fee today
2. Second Payment: 50% of the total fee, due by 14th March 2025
3. Final Payment: The remaining 40%, due by 24th March 2025

Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy:

• Up to March 10, 2025 (45 days before the event): Fully refundable.
• From March 11 to March 25, 2025 (44-30 days before the event): 30% cancellation fee.
• From March 26, 2025, onward (within 30 days of the event): Non-refundable.

In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances, such as heavy rains or floods, the workshop may be rescheduled to a safer date. Rest assured, your registration will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

This registration is non-transferable. We are committed to creating a deeply transformative experience and take great care in ensuring that only those aligned with our vision join us on this special journey.

2. Payment Gateway Fees: Standard price for Single Occupancy is Rs. 88,000, for Double Occupancy is Rs. 68,000 and for Triple Occupancy is Rs. 58,000. The payment gateway charges a 2-4% convenience fee. 3. Limited Capacity for Quality Experience
   To maintain the highest quality experience, we will cap the overall capacity of the workshop, ensuring a small, intimate group of participants.
   
   Accommodation at our primary property is limited, and once these rooms are filled, guests will be accommodated at a nearby property, just a short distance away. Rest assured, we will arrange transportation for your convenience.
   
   Currently, there is only 1 single occupancy room remaining at the primary property. To secure your preferred accommodation, we HIGHLY recommend registering early.
   
4. Exclusive for Those on Their Wellness Path
   This workshop is specifically designed for individuals who are already on their wellness journey and is not open to the general public.
