Why Sultanpur National Park and why early morning?

We carefully considered various parks in Delhi and Gurgaon for this walk, but we deliberately chose Sultanpur National Park. At Aikya the One, we believe in seeking out spaces that offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life—places where you can truly reconnect with yourself. While it’s a 40-minute drive, the serene and picturesque setting of Sultanpur provides the perfect backdrop for mindfulness and self-discovery, making every moment of the journey worth it.

We chose to schedule this walk in the early morning because it’s the most magical time of the day. The energy is calm and refreshing, the air feels crisp and pure, and the world is just beginning to awaken. Walking in this tranquil atmosphere allows you to connect with nature on a deeper level and experience mindfulness at its best. It’s a time when distractions are minimal, and the serene beauty of Sultanpur National Park creates the perfect environment to pause, reflect, and truly be in the moment.
